The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with the a well respected utility company. We are supporting them to recruit a Facilities Catering Assistant. You will be a central point of contact when it comes to the customer eating experience as you provide a key point of contact between the customer and the dining process. This is a Monday to Friday position so no weekends!
What the Café Assistant will be doing:
The Café Assistant will ensure that the customer enjoy their food to the highest standard and be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our customers. The role will be based in our local offices.
- Be ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable
- Ensuring the site is clean and presentable
- Be able to answer questions about the food and potentially upsell to customers.

- Be enthusiastic and smart and enjoy dealing with people.
- Have a knowledge of food in relation to preparation and dining
- Be smart and presentable
