Hereford – this is an office based role with flexibility for hybrid working

£30,000 - £32,000 per annum



Are you an ambitious Marketeer who enjoys working in a strategic, tactical marketing role? Are you looking for a fast paced and collaborative role where you’ll interact with various people and teams across the globe?

Yolk recruitment are currently partnered with a global organisation to hire a Campaign Manager. You’ll play a vital, tactical role in contributing to Marketing Strategy and in defining and executing a UK focused strategy for the full portfolio of UK products. This position will partner with UK based Sales, Operations, Engineering and Finance teams to drive key growth initiatives. In doing so, it is critical that you are a not only a team player, but also a leader who can represent the UK marketing team from a position of strength. Reporting to the UK Marketing Manager, you’ll be able to collaborate well with colleagues across the globe.



Here's what you’ll be doing:



  • Working on the creation and execution of UK based tactical campaigns, packaging, merchandising, web/online, social media, events, promotions, and other critical elements in the marketing sphere.

  • Communicating with internal and external company stakeholders and customers.

  • Working closely with the Product Manager, providing data to validate the potential for the new products or services required.

  • Assisting in building promotional and public relations programs, coordinating the execution of these efforts with internal teams and appropriate outside vendors.

  • Supporting effective promotional and public relations programs, coordinating the execution of these efforts with internal teams and appropriate outside vendors.

  • Supporting in the planning of effective advertising efforts, public relations, online and tradeshow participation.

  • Supporting in the creation of printed and online sales materials, including literature and promotional aids, helping to shape customer communications with relevant information.

  • Working closely in collaboration with Product and Marketing Managers.



The skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:



  • You’ll have experience in a Marketing role and be looking for the next step in your career.

  • Experience in a marketing role within a Manufacturing or Construction environment would be an advantage, however, is not essential.

  • Experience in category management or trade marketing desirable, together with consumer packaged goods marketing, sales or promotion.

  • You’ll have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • You’ll be a self starter who enjoys working autonomously and in a fast paced environment.

  • You’ll have excellent project and time management skills.

  • A qualification in Marketing or a related discipline would be an advantage, however, is not essential.

  • You’ll be an excellent collaborator who enjoys working others.
