Yolk has partnered with a large housing association to support them in finding a Caretaker on a part time 3 hours 3 days a week basis
The post-holder will have responsibility for one block of apartments with 25homes.Timewill be spent in the office, in residents’ homes, with the majority of time spent outside and in the communal areas of the apartment buildings and houses.
What you’ll be doing as a Caretaker
Toberesponsibleforthecareandupkeepoftheapartmentsandcommunalareas.Toprovideanexcellentcustomerservice to residents. Ensurethecommunalareasarekeptwellmaintainedandingoodconditionbycarryingoutremedialactionorreferringissuestorelevantstafforcontractors.
What the successful Caretaker will bring to the team
Experience of caretaking, cleaning or handy man roles
Good IT skills and an aptitude to learn our internal computer systems.
