Case Administrator
A global law firm, are looking for an experienced administrator, to join their market leading legal 500 team, within their modern city centre Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with administration skills to join a leading law firm! Full training provided.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Assist Solicitors with the running of files in the Motor Claims team, to ensure deadlines are met
- Set up new client files, using a case management system
- Liaise with the Court and prepare instructions for Counsel
- Obtain medical records
- Handle the billing process
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Previous administration and file management is essential, ideally with a legal case management system
- LLB degree is desirable
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, with a client focused approach
- Ability to prioritise a full workload with a meticulous eye for detail
