Case Officer
The role
Are you ready to take the next step in your legislative career? Yolk is currently hiring for a large public body. We are looking for case officers to lead a varied portfolio of regulator interventions to mitigate risks to statutory objectives. 
You will be part of a team delivering high volume interventions and regulation across a variety of areas.

What the Case Officer will be doing:
As part of the Regulatory Transaction Team, you will be responsible for leading progression of regulatory interventions relating to breaches of law or applications to use powers, from start to finish.  You will also:
  • Effectively identify risk
  • Mitigate risk in line with delegated authority
  • Follow process guidelines in line with legislative framework
  • Communicate with stakeholders verbally and in written, to influence behaviours to ensure compliance
  • Work as part of a team as well as independently to obtain information necessary to make decisions.
