The opportunity

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large and forward-thinking regulatory body. We are supporting them to recruit a number of Case Officers for 12-month fixed term contracts.  These positions are replacing roles that have been seconded to other departments/teams so there’s plenty of opportunity to progress through the organisation or move to a longer-term role after the initial 12 months.

  • Obtaining legal advice where necessary to escalate cases
  • Following strict guidelines and obtaining information necessary to make decisions
  • Lliaising with stakeholders to influence behaviours to ensure compliance

  • Can evidence previous case management experience (desirable)
