The Opportunity

Our client are looking for an experienced CeMap Qualified Mortgage Advisor with an excellent telephone manner and experience of working within a regulated environment with a focus on compliance. They are a highly reputable and respected company, and are seeking a talented individual to join their friendly and professional team.

What you’ll be doing

• To provide a quality compliant and efficient mortgage advice service to their clients at all times

• To ensure that the client’s expectations are managed throughout the process and their outcome is a positive experience

• Communicating effectively to build solid relationships between all parties involved throughout the process

• Working effectively with the internal teams to complete the process smoothly for the client

Experience and skills you’ll bring to the team

• CeMap Qualification

• Current Mortgage advise/sales experience in line with FCA Regulations

• Previous 2^nd Mortgage experience very desirable but not essential

• Experience of working within a banking, building society, brokerage, estate agency environment

• Underwriting experience beneficial to the role but not essential

• Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets within the agreed service standards
