The Opportunity

An extremely rare opportunity has become available for a CMO to join an innovative financial services based in Cardiff. If you’re a senior marketer you will be aware that these opportunities are few and far between in the Cardiff area. This is a critical role within the business where will you be a member of the Executive Committee

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the Marketing function building and shaping the marketing strategic response
• Responsible for defining, delivering and maintaining product and customer experiences
• Responsible for all aspects of marketing communications (including website), proposition development, customer research, brand strategy & activation and CX
• Report into CEO and lead a highly capable marketing team, setting up for success with clear direction and ability to deliver year on year growth
• Define and own the development and delivery of overarching marketing strategy
• Put the customer/user at the heart of the marketing planning and proposition development process to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience of operating and influencing at a senior/executive level
• Leadership and management experience of marketing function
• Operated in a regulatory environment (Ideally financial services)
• B2B experience
