Location: Wales (South Central)

Salary: £36,246 rising to £39,942

Hours: 37 hrs per week

Contract: Permanent

Yolk Public Sector are working with a leading environmental organisation delivering large-scale forestry and infrastructure projects across Wales. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer to step into a role with real environmental impact.

The Civil Engineer will:

• Managing forest road construction, upgrades and maintenance
• Overseeing contractors and ensuring safe, compliant delivery
• Inspecting roads, bridges, quarries and infrastructure
• Supporting project planning, budgeting and delivery
• Producing drawings and technical documentation

What we're looking for:

• Civil engineering experience (infrastructure, highways or similar)
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
• Experience with AutoCAD and project planning tools
• Strong stakeholder and contractor management skills

Desirable:

• Experience in rural, forestry or environmental projects
• Knowledge of drainage, bridges or quarry operations
