Claims Administrator
A successful and growing car insurance provider based in Cardiff is looking for a bright claims administrator to join their claims team. If you have recently completed your studies and have previous administration experience, please apply today.

This is what you’ll be doing
As the claims administrator, you’ll be supporting the small claims team with various administrative tasks and also handle various aspects of insurance claims, including assisting the team with identifying and prioritising cases. You will also:
  • Handle customer and third-party claims throughout the entire process, from notification to settlement.
  • Carry out a variety of administration duties, including indexing and allocating all correspondence.
  • Validate and process recovery and claims payments and liaise with the accounts team for this.
  • Track all claims litigation and send policyholder excess cheques and outgoing post
  • Identify, research and report any potential fraudulent claims that you may find.
  • Complete applications and file CRU certificates.
  • Remain polite, empathetic and professional when handling customer complaints.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a friendly and hardworking claims administrator you will have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s and be willing to learn and develop your skills. You will also have:
  • Passion for customer service and insurance
  • Good IT and administration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with people of all levels.
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated to work alone.
  • Experience in multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Previous claims experience is desirable but not necessary.
