Are you an experienced real estate or landlord and tenant Paralegal, looking to join an innovative and specialist team? If so, a UK Top 50 law firm are looking for you to join their specialist Clean Energy Team. Notably this firm offer training contracts, and you would be based in their state-of-the-art Bristol office.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Assisting the Clean Energy team with an interesting and varied workload
• Undertake due diligence on a variety of clean energy projects (searches, review of title and producing reports)
• Assist with the real estate aspects of large energy financing transactions and acquisitions
• Provide support with landlord and tenant work, public sector and corporate work
• Maintain excellent client relationships
• Take responsibility for targets

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Legal assistant/Paralegal experience within Real Estate and/or landlord and tenant experience is desirable
• LLB / GDL /LPC is desirable
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Able to work to strict deadlines and use your initiative to prioritise work
• Excellent IT skills (ideally with experience of a Case Management System)
