Client Delivery Executive
Location: Cardiff or Birmingham
Hybrid - 3 days on site

Yolk Recruitment are working with a client that are a globally recognised alternative legal services provider, operating as an established division within a prominent legal entity. Their core focus lies in delivering top-tier interim legal, company secretarial, HR, and compliance professionals to meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Renowned for their commitment to excellence, they offer a blend of legal expertise and the support of a globally respected law firm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and utilise the Global Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn ATS) for generating opportunities and sharing client information.
- Negotiate rates/fees and working patterns with consultants and clients to confirm placements.
- Drive the growth strategy for placing company secretary positions, attracting new candidates, and informing clients of the offering.
- Collaborate with Recruitment/Ops Consultants and the Client Delivery team, providing regular updates on client and consultant opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developing a professional network to match consultants with client opportunities effectively.
- Manage documentation for placements, working on client on boarding and consultant agreements.
- Foster relationships with senior stakeholders across the company and its partner organisations, ensuring client needs are communicated effectively.
- Support social media activity on various platforms and assist in administrative tasks for the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, experience in candidate database management.
- Strong negotiation skills with commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with recruitment activity and direct candidate interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and excellent IT skills.
- Proactive with exceptional time management abilities.
