Client Engagement Executive

Yolk Recruitment is working closely with a leading international Law Firm in the heart of Cardiff, to find a driven Client Engagement Executive to join their team.

What you’ll be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and friendly Client Engagement Executive to join a dynamic and successful Law Firm based in Cardiff.  You will directly support the Client Engagement Manager to grow client opportunities and deliver successful placements. You will also:

• Build and develop relationships with consultants and clients

• Support in proactively identifying opportunities for consultants with current clients and within the legal sector

• Assist in the organisation, planning and delivery of meetings, seminars and networking events

• Work closely with the talent and legal resourcing teams to provide and share updates and information to further support placements and opportunities

• Complete regular reports for both clients and internal teams, utilising all systems, databases and recruitment metrics

• Ensure all databases and systems are kept up to date, with regular updates and uploads of documents and data

What you’ll bring to the team?

As a Client Engagement Executive, you will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and building relationships with consultants and clients, alongside: 

• Excellent at communicating with people of all levels, alongside exemplary written and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Experienced in completing administration, ideally within a professional services environment.

• An understanding of HR and Recruitment would be handy but isn’t essential

• Driven to develop your knowledge, skills and career further

• Able to prioritise your own workload and multitask effectively
