Client Services Officer

What will you be doing?

Working with the client services team you will be the first point of contact for all incoming and outgoing calls. The role is customer service focused where you will provide a professional service to clients when updating them on their records.

• Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails

• Communicating with clients and providing updates on their cases and claims

• Provide a high level of quality customer service

• Act in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring the caller feels at ease

• Prioritise and manage won workload effectively

• Any other duties required to assist the team

What you will bring to the team?

• Experience of working in property, estate agents or law firm is desirable

• Experience of dealing with a high volume of calls

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
