Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A top tier Legal 500 and Chambers UK law firm, is looking for a driven Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join their award-winning claimant team in their central Bristol office. This is what you’ll be doing

• As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will run a caseload of pre-action and litigated cases and provide support on complex cases of maximum severity

• Deliver exceptional client service, dealing with matters promptly and keeping clients updated throughout their cases

• Select and instruct appropriate experts and Counsel

• Act as a positive ambassador to the team and actively support the firm objectives

• Be committed to your professional development and proactively immerse yourself in business development and Law Society/AvMA panel membership

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Qualified Solicitor/FCILEx

• Experience in Clinical Negligence, with a real enthusiasm for the area

• Excellent drafting skills

• IT literate

• Skilled in negotiation

• Excellent communication and client care skills
