This is what you’ll be doing

This role can be worked from Cardiff with homeworking and you will manage a case load of claimant matters, both multi-track and high court pre and post litigated cases. Examples of cases you will be dealing with include, but are not limited to: amputation, birth injury, misdiagnosis, spinal injuries, cerebral palsy etc.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor
• Ideally 3+years post qualification experience (as a guide only)
• Experience within clinical negligence is essential (claimant or defendant will be considered)
• Strong academics
• Good communication skills
