Our client is looking to expand on its existing collections team in order to increase its processing capability. The team currently has 2 Collections Advisors and one Team Manager and they're looking to increase this to 4 advisors. This allows 2 new employees to make the journey through the training and on boarding process together and to integrate into the wider workforce.
If you're looking to be considered for this role you would need at least one year of experience in a Collections position. You will be provided with 2 weeks training to get to grips with the company's ethos and methods, along with how to navigate their internal systems. The previous experience is necessary to help you be effective in post straight away and to help with understanding general process.
The Collection Advisor Team adopt a hybrid working model. The employer does ask for flexibility to ensure that the full working hours of the company are covered. This flexible approach means that it is possible to work over 50% at home.
