Collections and Recoveries Executive

This is what you’ll be doing

Overlooking Collection/ Credit Control duties in a leading Financial Services provider based in Newport.

• Clearing aged debt
• Communicating with customers to chase payments and negotiate payment plans
• Working to agreed targets
• Reporting to Recoveries Manager and liaising with internal colleagues
• Maintaining positive relations with customer/ suppliers.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience working in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to solve problems and provide innovative solutions
• Positive work ethic
