Yolk Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a highly regarded insurance brokerage with the recruitment of a Commercial Account Handler to join their growing Commercial team.

The Role
As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. Working closely with the Branch Manager and Commercial Account Executives, you will help drive retention, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients
- Reviewing and preparing client documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for the quoting process
- Supporting Commercial Account Executives to achieve high renewal retention levels
- Ensuring all activity meets FCA and internal compliance standards
- Processing and maintaining accurate client data across internal systems
- Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage documentation accurately
- Confidence building relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Experience within commercial insurance, or a strong desire to develop your career in this area
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn
- The ability to process data efficiently and accurately to support informed decision-making
