Are you an ambitious German speaking law graduate with contract review experience, looking to work within Commercial law? If so, an established commercial contracts team are looking for you to join them, as a German Commercial Contract Specialist. Notably, this is a permanent role, which can be based out of Bristol or London. However, the role is currently fully remote.

This is what you’ll be doing

• As a German Commercial Contract Paralegal, you will be preparing commercial contracts for a FTSE 500 company

• Reviewing, researching and drafting documents in German, including MSAs, SOWs, Software License Agreements, Orders and Consulting Agreements

• Liaising with clients to answer contract related queries

• Ensuring compliance at all times

• Legal Research

• Maintaining accurate records of legal data

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Law degree is essential, LPC is preferred

• Fluent in German is essential (native is highly preferred)

• Experience within contract review/redlining is essential

• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

• Excellent customer service skills

• Excellent teamwork skills

• Excellent IT skill
