Commercial Disputes Solicitor/Associate

This is what you’ll be doing

They are seeking to recruit both a junior and an experienced commercial litigator for their growing Disputes team.

The work they handle is complex, diverse and demanding and concerns all aspects of commercial litigation.

As well as your caseload, you’ll get involved in a range of business development activities.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

They are looking for someone with a passion for contentious work, who shows initiative, pragmatism, and common sense and who is looking to develop their career and reputation within commercial litigation.

As an Associate within the team you will be 0- 5 years PQE.

This role is intellectually demanding, and requires high levels of practical skills and commercial awareness.
