Commercial Secretary - Part-time

Up to £26,000.00 (pro rata)

Are you a commercial secretary excited by a new opportunity with a well-established and reputable national law firm. If so, I have a brilliant opportunity for you! A multi-office firm are looking for a Commercial Secretary to join their team in Trowbridge on a part-time (ideally 21 hours per week) basis. The hours and working pattern are open to negotiation, dependant on the individual.

This is what you'll be doing:

• Assisting fee earners and the wider Commercial team.
• Audio typing of dictations and recordings to produce high-quality documentation.
• Use of tracked changes to review and edit documents collaboratively.
• Ensure the layout and presentation of letters and documentation are professional and visually appealing.
• Providing support and assistance with all ad-hoc administrative requirements.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Ideally you will have experience working in commercial.
• Highly organised and able to manage your time effectively.
• Proven ability with audio typing and use of tracked changes.
• Good sense of layout and presentation of documentation and letters.
• Have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft packages and IT systems.
• A positive and proactive attitude, with a desire to develop new skills and knowledge.
