Commercial Litigation Junior Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE as a guide)

Cardiff / Home working.

Salary from £42,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

 You will work for one of the country’s largest commercial litigation teams dealing with financial institutions. You will be dealing with complex financial secured recoveries, regulatory and banking litigation matters under a reputable and talented team of Lawyers.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Managing your own caseload of litigation matters described above
• Working under supervision
• Working directly with financial institutions, fully supported by more senior members of the team
• Taking instructions from clients
• Providing advice on your own caseload including complex work
• Being part of a larger team working on more complex matters

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• Nq – 3 PQE (as a guide)
• Experience within commercial litigation is essential and within financial litigation is highly desirable.
