Commercial Property Lawyer

A rapidly expanding modern Law firm, are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their thriving and progressive team. This is a permanent full-time position, based in Shepton Mallet, with flexibility to work remotely part time. Notably this position is available due to the firm’s success year on year since inception, and the consistent growth in the department.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Work closely with the Head of the Commercial Property department to develop your career and grow the department

• Manage a caseload of high-end commercial property work from start to finish including; freehold sales and purchases, leasehold, Landlord and Tenant matters, Commercial Mortgages and refinancing and development work

• Work on commercial development projects when required

• Provide excellent service to your clients, to ensure an excellent reputation is maintained

• Take an interest in business development activities, and recognise opportunities for referrals across the firm

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·       Qualified Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive, with a minimum of 2 years PQE

·       Experience in running your own high-end Commercial Property caseload, from instruction to post completion

·       Ideally you will have some experience on commercial development projects

·       Proactive with a forward thinking, transactional mind set

·       Ability to build excellent and lasting relationships with clients through business development
