A Legal 500 National Law firm, are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their thriving Commercial Property team. This role is a permanent full time position, in their modern, central Bristol office.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Organising meetings, diary management and arranging travel arrangements
• Typing and document production
• Assisting in all aspects of the accounts and billing procedure
• Dealing with post completion matters
• Undertaking Land Registry searches
• Maintaining an accurate filing system, including letters and audits

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous administration or secretary experience, ideally within a legal environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent IT and typing skills
• Ability to manage a busy administrative workload
• Dedicated to career with legal support
