A specialist property firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal, to join their team of experts in their Bristol office. This a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual, who is committed to progressing their legal career.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Provide support to fee earners, in all aspects of specialist commercial property advice
• Manage your own caseload under supervision

• Develop and maintain excellent client and commercial contract relationships
• Help the team achieve billing targets and cross sell services
• Accurately utilise the company’s Case Management, filing and IT systems

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous commercial property experience is essential (minimum of 6 months)
• LLB degree or equivalent
• IT literate
• The ability to use your initiative with a can do attitude
• Excellent time management, organisation and accuracy skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
