An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a growing and highly regarded commercial property team based at Cardiff Gate.

This role is ideally suited to a paralegal who is serious about a long-term legal career and is looking for meaningful responsibility, quality work and a clear pathway towards a future Training Contract.

The role:

You will support on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Assisting with commercial acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting and reviewing leases, licences and associated documents
• Conducting title investigations and due diligence
• Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
• General transactional and administrative support to the wider team
