Commercial Property Solicitor

Are you an experienced commercial property solicitor, looking for autonomy in your career? If so, a long standing Solicitors which has a very strong presence in the South West, are looking for you to join their established team. Notably, opportunities for senior career progression will be available and developed from an early stage.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Handling a mixed workload of commercial property cases
• Developing and growing the Property Department within the North Somerset and Bristol offices
• Building and maintain solid relationships with private clients and SME commercial clients in the South West

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• At least 5 years PQE
• Commercial property experience is essential
• Residential property experience is desirable
• Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision
• A passion for Business Development
• Outstanding communication skills
