​Solicitor – Commercial Property Swansea, remote working available

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year’s PQE, to join a National firm in their Swansea office. The successful candidate will work self-sufficiently to run and develop their own caseload whilst collaborating with the Head of Department to grow the department’s reach across the firm’s offices. Though the role will be based from the firm’s Swansea office, the successful candidate may be required to assist other offices, such as our Cardiff branch, as and when necessary. The case load will contain non-volume, local work.

 Required Skills:

·         Someone with experience of running their own caseload, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

·         Demonstrable knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with a typical commercial property caseload.

·         Excellent business development skills, with ability to cross-refer and gain new work.

·         Excellent IT skills,
