This is what you'll be doing

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Providing expert advice on commercial property matters, including land and building acquisitions and disposals.
• Managing Landlord and Tenant lease transactions, such as granting new leases, assignments, and renewals.
• Assisting with the setup of lease schemes for development projects.
• Supporting the team with overage and land options agreements.
• Collaborating with the commercial team to provide commercial property support for business and share sales and purchases.

The experience you'll bring to the team

The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the Commercial Property team:-

• A qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial property law.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Solid drafting and legal analysis skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to work with both junior and senior team members.
