Commercial Property Solicitor – Trowbridge
Our client’s Commercial Property team forms part of our multi-faceted Commercial department who offer high quality legal services to businesses and individuals throughout Wiltshire and beyond.
The Commercial department currently comprises of 12 lawyers, including a Professional Support Lawyer, and seven support staff across our six offices.
Over the last three years the Commercial department has seen its fee income increase by over 20%.

This is what you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of Commercial property transactions which is of a high calibre and with diverse clients who are based both regionally and nationally.
The role will give you opportunities to have additional responsibilities to just fee earning such as networking, assisting colleagues and mentoring junior members of the team.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
2+ Years experience in commercial property
We are looking for individuals who are commercially and financially astute with the confidence to negotiate and compromise to achieve the desired outcome.
