Commercial Property Solicitor  

This role provides an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Soliitor with mid to senior level experience to join a highly regarded firm in Cheltenham.

Our client is a very well-established law firm in Cheltenham with excellent reputation in Real Estate. They have a sizeable and collegiate team with a number of Commercial Property partners and good team stacking. They have a modern way of working and plenty of business.

This role for a Commercial Property solicitor with solid experience to develop their career in Real Estate - leading on transactions and supervising juniors. As they have a number of partners and you find an excellent range of work across the practice area and client base. A Commercial Property lawyer with experience in retail would be highly advantageous. Lots of great acquisition, lease renewals and property management work amongst other matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

Solid training in commercial property matters;

Good academics; and

Post qualifying experience of at least 5 years; however

This team will also consider Commercial Property solicitors at other levels.

This is what you’ll be doing

Managing an exciting caseload of complex commercial property cases working alongside National and regional clients

Manage a caseload through effective use of case management system

Providing professional client service to ensure continual or building of relationships

Demonstrating extensive commercial property law knowledge to your clients
