A well regarded, commercial firm close to Cardiff is looking to bolster their Real Estate department with an additional commercial property Solicitor to bolster the team.

The firm continues to go from strength to strength and has an excellent reputation for its commercial property work in the market. You will be working closely with a well known real estate partner who heads up the department with a loyal longstanding client base with exciting plans for growth.

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be involved in a broad range of real estate matters both transactional and development work. There is a good mix of work here and you will have the opportunity to focus on an area you prefer. This role will suit someone who is looking to join a smaller team but with first class work without the constraints and hours of a national firm.
