Commercial Property Solicitor(s)

A family feel, high street law firm in West Wales are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor, due to continued growth and expansion.

This is what you’ll be doing:

You will manage a variety of commercial property transactions including but not limited to:

• Grants of new leases
• Lease renewals
• Surrenders
• Terminations
• Sales and acquisitions
• Refinancing real estate portfolios
• Real estate finance
• Development finance

Duties will include:

• Settling disputes
• Supervising any agreements
• Research and gather evidence
• Meet clients face to face (travel may be involved)
• Adhere to team and firm targets
• Supervise junior Solicitors

The experience you’ll bring to the team:

• A Senior qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property
• Strong academics
