My client is a well-regarded, full-service law firm in the heart of Somerset who are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join their friendly, hardworking, and supportive team to be based from their office in Street.

Due to a period of steady and consistent growth my client is looking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to provide a commercially driven, premium legal service in all aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial property.

As a member of the team, you will have the chance to work on a variety of complex and challenging matters, and to make a real impact on the success of our clients. This is what you'll be doing

• Handle a variety of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant acquisitions and disposals, relocation's, funding, transfers of going concerns and residential and commercial developments.
• Provide a client centric service, with a perfect blend of expertise and commercial acumen.

The experience you'll bring to the team

• Ideally over 5 years PQE
• Proven experience working in a similar role
• Wide knowledge of commercial property matters
• Completely client focused
• Excellent commercial acumen
