A modern, forward thinking boutique law firm are looking to hire experienced Commercial Solicitors, due to continued growth and expansion into new geographical areas.
This is what you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Directors, you will manage a variety of commercial work including:
- Terms and conditions of business
- Master service
- Supply agreements
- Distribution agreements
- Franchise agreements
- Licence agreements
- Trade mark applications
- Regulation advice
Duties will include:
- Drafting legal documentation
- Settling commercial disputes
- Supervising any agreements
- Research and gather evidence
- Meet clients face to face (travel may be involved)
- Adhere to team and firm targets
- Supervise junior Solicitors
The experience you’ll bring to the team:
- A qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial law
- Ideally 2 – 5 PQE but this is a guide only
- Strong academics (min 2:1 degree)
- A degree in science / maths / biotech / life science in addition to the GDL / LLB is desirable but not essential
