Are you a skilled Commercial Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Commercial and Corporate transactions, Contracts, Agreements, and various other commercial/corporate related matters. As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the utmost client care while efficiently handling diverse legal challenges.
This is what you'll be doing:
- Navigating Complex Transactions: Execute a wide range of tasks within Commercial and Corporate transactions, Contracts, and Agreements, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Effective Client Communication: Engage with clients, providing sound legal advice in a clear and concise manner, making complex legal matters understandable to non-experts.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and organise your workload efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are handled promptly and within specified time frames.
- Financial Oversight: Manage costs and disbursements for matters, recording time and costs accurately, and maintaining financial transparency throughout.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Liaise with secretarial and support staff, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and completed cost-effectively.
The experience you'll bring to the team:
- Professional Expertise: Hold membership in a professional legal body, backed by a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exhibit the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a comprehensible manner, establishing trust and rapport.
- Financial Acumen: Possess numeracy skills to interpret financial data and effectively manage working time and financial information.
