In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Commercial and Corporate transactions, Contracts, Agreements, and various other commercial/corporate related matters. As a Commercial Solicitor, you'll play an integral role in ensuring the utmost client care while efficiently handling diverse legal challenges.

This is what you'll be doing:

• Navigating Complex Transactions: Execute a wide range of tasks within Commercial and Corporate transactions, Contracts, and Agreements, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely delivery.
• Effective Client Communication: Engage with clients, providing sound legal advice in a clear and concise manner, making complex legal matters understandable to non-experts.
• Strategic Planning: Plan and organise your workload efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are handled promptly and within specified time frames.
• Financial Oversight: Manage costs and disbursements for matters, recording time and costs accurately, and maintaining financial transparency throughout.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Liaise with secretarial and support staff, ensuring tasks are delegated appropriately and completed cost-effectively.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Professional Expertise: Hold membership in a professional legal body, backed by a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Client-Centric Approach: Exhibit the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients in a comprehensible manner, establishing trust and rapport.
