Exciting new opportunity for a  Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join this thriving law firm.

Located in the beautiful heart of Wiltshire the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will work closely with a talented Partner on a wide range of matters on behalf of a diverse client portfolio.

Recent work has encompassed acquisitions, re-structures, disposals, shareholder agreements, joint ventures ,private equity investments and crowd funding.  All types of commercial agreements including procurement and outsourcing project matters

With regard to level this Firm welcomes applications from  Corporate Commercial Solicitors who have ideally developed 1 or more years  PQE.

As ever with regard to level, it is always a guide and if you think you have the required skill set for this role please apply regardless of PQE.
