Commercial Solicitor 3 PQE - Cardiff

Are you Commercial Lawyer looking to join a National leading, Legal 500 law firm dealing with high quality city and local commercial work?

A reputable firm is looking to hire an ambitious Commercial Solicitor for their reputable depaertment. This is a newly created role, working on an interesting range of commercial contract matters. 

This is what you’ll be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing/analysing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts including:

  • framework arrangements

  • supply agreements

  • joint venue agreements

  • managed services agreements

  • IT contracts.

• Providing advice in relation to procurement matters and commercial contracts including:

  • negotiation and drafting

  • partnering

  • disputes and dispute resolution

  • intellectual property matters.

• Actively supporting appropriate business development opportunities for the Firm.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You should be able to demonstrate significant prior experience, as well as an ability and willingness to be the lead lawyer on deals under partner supervision.  Ideally, you should also be able to show an interest in the technology sector, and a desire to develop your expertise and build your own client base. 

• Qualified Solicitor around 3 years PQE Experience. BD not essential as you will be servicing a high calibre caseload
