Commercial Solicitor – Cardiff  

A leading law firm is seeking a commercial solicitor to undertake the commercial work in its head office based in Cardiff.

This is what you’ll be doing

Our client has a fantastic reputation and is now seeking to appoint a commercial solicitor to deal with mainly property and buisiness related work. The work will include, but not be limited to, buying and selling of small to medium-sized companies, due diligence and shareholder agreements.

This role provides plenty of autonomy and flexibility in working hours/days and would suit somebody who is competent working independently without significant supervision.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

This forward thinking and progressive firm would suit a commercial solicitor with at least 2 years’ experience who prefers to work independently and who values the ability to work flexibly. All levels of PQE would be considered.
