Complex Property Solicitor
Hybrid- Bristol/Newport
International law firm - Salary based on experience

Yolk Recruitment are working with a leading international law firm, with a special focus on the Bristol, Newport or Birmingham office to recruit within the Complex Property Insurance Team. The team is expanding and seeking a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Barrister to work on a mixture of claimant work, defendant work such as public and product liability matters relating to property damage as well as policy coverage and fraud. This is an exciting opportunity to become involved in marketing and client facing activities to expand business development, with great career progression as well as exposure to good-quality and interesting work.

This is what you'll be doing:

• As a Complex Property Solicitor, you will be joining an ever-expanding team, acting for a number of large commercial/insurer clients in multi-track insurance litigation disputes.

• Handling a varied workload with a mixture of claimant and defendant work, as well as policy coverage and advisory work

• Hitting personal KPI's and targets

• Supervise where necessary

• Build client relationships and support marketing

• Assist in business development to generate new business

• Comply with procedures and security within the firm

This is what you'll bring to the team:
As a Complex Property Solicitor, you be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or barrister with at least six months relevant litigation experience.

In addition to the above you will be:

• Demonstrating client care

• The ability to resolve complex claims

• Proven ability to manage own caseload

• Prioritise and work within a fast-paced department
