Construction Solicitor  

You will be working for a law firm behind some of the world’s most ambitious construction and engineering projects. Wherever you operate, you can build in confidence while our experienced network of international lawyers helps your business chart a course through this complex and constantly evolving legal area.

The Cardiff team undertakes non-contentious work for national and international clients. The firm’s clients include large commercial and industrial developers, major corporate occupiers, residential developers and energy and infrastructure companies.

This is what you’ll be doing

As part of this role you can expect to be involved in:

• Working directly with the Partners and wider team to manage complex projects
• You will work closely with associates and partners in other teams and other offices on significant deals
• You will be dealing with transactional construction cases across a number of sectors including Real Estate, Transport and Energy & Infrastructure
• You will be advising clients on the full range of building contracts, appointments, framework agreements and all ancillary construction documentation and will work collaboratively with them to enable successful delivery of their projects.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will be an NQ to 3 years PQE in a Construction Department.
