We are working with a large Welsh public sector organisation who are looking for a Contact Centre Team manager to manage functional service delivery for a specific team within a designated area of the Company, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives and business plan.
This is what you’ll be doing
An effective leader, with the skills to motivate and empower their team to achieve and maintain a high-performance culture.
A demonstrable understanding and track record in client service delivery of careers information, advice and guidance.
An understanding of digital transformation.
An effective approach to managing people, demonstrating an appropriate balance between empowerment, support and assertiveness, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members.
The ability to contribute effectively and assertively as a member of the management team.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
Ideally from a quality and performance background.
Ability to apply analytical thinking to existing and new systems to maximise efficiency and empower end users.
Have an understanding of commercial matters, including costs, budgeting, markets and new business opportunities.
Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with partners, stakeholders and multi-agency partnerships.
What you’ll get in return
Salary of between £37,000 and £40,000
