We are working with a large Welsh public sector organisation who are looking for a Contact Centre Team manager to manage functional service delivery for a specific team within a designated area of the Company, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives and business plan. 

This is what you’ll be doing

  • An effective leader, with the skills to motivate and empower their team to achieve and maintain a high-performance culture.

  • A demonstrable understanding and track record in client service delivery of careers information, advice and guidance.

  • An understanding of digital transformation.

  • An effective approach to managing people, demonstrating an appropriate balance between empowerment, support and assertiveness, sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members.

  • The ability to contribute effectively and assertively as a member of the management team.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Ideally from a quality and performance background.

  • Ability to apply analytical thinking to existing and new systems to maximise efficiency and empower end users.

  • Have an understanding of commercial matters, including costs, budgeting, markets and new business opportunities.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships with partners, stakeholders and multi-agency partnerships.

What you’ll get in return

  • Salary of between £37,000 and £40,000
