This is what you'll be doing

As a Contentious Construction Solicitor you will be:-

  • Managing your own caseload of files
  • Building and developing your own network of clients managing expectations in relation to options, risk, timescales and outcomes.
  • Able to demonstrate expertise to clients as you develop a niche sector expertise.
  • Support junior team members with your technical, business and general advice

This is what you'll bring to the Team

This role will suit a Solicitor with 3+ years PQE. Prior work in contentious Construction would be desirable but is not essential.

Our client is eager to hear from Solicitors with a strong commercial litigation background even if you have no prior contentious Construction experience.

If you have a desire to work in contentious construction this is a fantastic opportunity to carve out your own niche and develop your expertise.
