This is what you'll be doing.

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will be responsible for the following duties:-

• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of fee earners within the Private Property team, contributing to a wide range of residential property-related transactions.
• Showcase your experience in preparing comprehensive contract packs, ensuring the smooth flow of property deals.
• Execute property searches meticulously, a vital component of due diligence in conveyancing.
• Manage Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) forms and payments with precision, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Take charge of completing applications to the Land Registry, facilitating the registration process seamlessly.

The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the Conveyancing team:-

• Proven track record in a property support role, demonstrating your expertise in Residential Conveyancing.
• Your strong administrative skills enable you to stay on top of time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in delivering exceptional client service, prioritizing client satisfaction at all times.
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Your meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy and compliance in property transactions.
