​Conveyancing Director/Partner

This National top 100 Law firm is looking for a conveyancing director to join their team. Initially as a salaried director you will quickly progress. You will work alongside another Conveyancing Director in the Cardiff office.

The main purpose of the role is to be expert with the technical elements necessary to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service.

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working with local and national clientele. You will be managing your own case load of residential conveyancing matters to include Newbuilds, purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property. There is no panel volume work.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

5 years PQE experience minimum
Ability to handle a diverse caseload of Residential Property files.
Ability to manage your own caseload is essential.
Buying and Selling of Freehold and Leasehold properties experience is essential as is Lease Extensions and Transfer of Equity.
You will also be able to deal with post completion procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
Experienced in working with case management systems, The Land Registry website etc.
