Conveyancing Manager – non fee earning Swansea
Are you a Conveyancing Solicitor looking to step away from a caseload and manage a conveyancing team?
You will carry no files and report directly into the Managing Partner/Director
This is what you’ll be doing?
To work with the executive team, lawyers and key partners to ensure the delivery of a consistently first-class conveyancing service to the firm’s client’s. You will be involved in projects from pricing and scoping through to training, deployment and ongoing support and evaluation. You will be focused on maintaining existing systems as well as identifying and delivering necessary changes to working processes, policies and technology to meet the goals of the business through the effective use of resources and team engagement.You will be responsible for tracking business metrics to identify, maintain and reward top performance as well as pinpoint areas which require optimising to meet business goals and objectives.
The Right Candidate?
You will have been involved with the successful delivery of change projects in previous roles and have a collaborative approach. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and be comfortable presenting. You will have the ability to build relationships with all levels of seniority. You will be highly organised and able to calmly prioritise competing demands, manage your time effectively and have a commitment to doing your very best for our customers, team members and the wider business. You will have a level of technical ability and an interest in technology and how it can deliver change within a services environment. You will have experience of producing and analysing management information reports. An excellent attention to detail is essential as well as a willingness to learn new skills. A background in Conveyancing law practices or service industries would be advantageous but is not essential.
