The opportunity:

An award-winning regional law firm are looking for a driven and experienced conveyancing paralegal to join their new Cardiff office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to assist with local work, in a highly reputable law firm and support the property department with the full range of conveyancing procedures from commencement to completion. You will gain excellent client exposure and a real opportunity to develop your conveyancing skill set by working with expert conveyancers. The firm offer a competitive salary as well as staff development and progression in a supportive working environment.

This is what you will be doing as a conveyancing paralegal:

·You will be communicating with clients to receive instructions for sale and purchases, new build purchases and re-mortgages

·You will be communicating at every stage of the transaction through to completion

·You will be carrying out relevant searches and noting title on both registered and unregistered properties

·You will be reviewing and drafting documents

The experience you will bring to the team as a conveyancing paralegal:

·You will be able to undertake all aspects of conveyancing from beginning to end

·You will be personable and able to build relationships

·You must have strong attention to detail and work efficiently

·The ability to manage a busy workload

·Salary between £22k - £28k
