A UK Top 150 Law firm are looking for an experienced Property Paralegal to join their thriving Conveyancing team, in their successful Bath office. This a fantastic opportunity for a motivated team player, who is looking to work in a supportive and engaging team to progress their career.
Notably, this role is full time, permanent position in which you would be based out of the Bath office. You will also be able to work remotely 2/3 days a week.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Provide conveyancing support to a Partner and Senior Associate, in all aspects of the conveyancing process, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Assist on new build and transfer of equity matter
- Provide first class client service
- Deal with all aspects of Land Registration practice, including preparing and submitting SDLT forms
- Actively contribute to the teams strategy and build strong relationships
- Comply with all risk and money laundering policies
- Provide administrative support in producing documents from dictation and diary management
- Accurately utilise the company’s Case Management and IT systems
- Previous conveyancing or real estate experience is essential (this can be as work experience if not employment)
- LLB degree or paralegal qualification is preferred
- The ability to use your initiative
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent time management, organisation and accuracy skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a positive attitude
