This is what you'll be doing as a Conveyancing Paralegal:

• Manage your own caseload of sale and purchase files under supervision, ensuring efficient progress.
• Communicate updates to clients and introducers, keeping them informed about the status of their matters.
• Raise and respond to enquiries, meticulously examining responses and delivering detailed reports to clients.
• Handle pre-exchange and completion issues, resolving any challenges that arise.
• Demonstrate expertise in the sales, purchase, and re-mortgage process while working on a mixed caseload.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• Prior experience in a law firm environment, preferably with exposure to residential conveyancing or wider property matters.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a service-driven team environment.
• Proficiency in operating IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
